If your organization has an Enterprise Agreement (EA) with Microsoft, July 1 is the date that volume licensing changes take place.
The largest modification affects the minimum commitment required for commercial customers signing new Enterprise Enrollments or Enterprise Subscription Enrollments. The previous commitment included a minimum of 250 users or devices—that number has been raised to 500 users or devices. Therefore, customers within the 250 to 499 user or device range must look at new options, including either the Microsoft Product and Services Agreement (MPSA) or the Cloud Solutions Provider (CSP).
